How is my order shipped? 

Orders are shipped via UPS SurePost.

Help, I need to change my order!

We understand that mistakes happen. If your order is placed before 3pm PST, and you are able to alert us at hello@thingsincommon before 10am PST the next business day, we will likely be able to catch your order before it has shipped. If the order has already shipped, we recommend contacting us at hello@thingsincommon and we will do our best to help.

Why hasn’t my order shipped yet? 

Orders placed by 12pm PST, will be shipped the same day. Otherwise, they will ship the following business day. If a tracking number has been provided, but the tracking has not moved, it is likely that UPS/USPS are backed up and working through a backlog. We are constantly monitoring these situations and will attempt to be as proactive in our communication as possible when we notice our partner carriers lagging. 

What is your return policy?

We have free return shipping in the US for all eligible orders.

If something doesn’t work out, just send it back to us using the pre-paid shipping label that you can print after completing the returns process.  Return shipping is via the US Postal Service and your return can be dropped at any post office location.

All return merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt with, be unworn, undamaged, & unwashed. For health and safety reasons, we don’t accept returns on undies or bodysuits. Make sure to use the In Common return label you print from our site. We cannot process your return if you do not use an In Common return label on your package. Our return label includes specific information that allows us to process your return quickly and ensure you receive any refunds due. We do not refund order shipping costs.

In Common is not responsible for missing return packages. We recommend getting a receipt for your return drop off as proof of return postage.
